This website, operating under the domain www.clickatable.co.il, is owned and operated by Restorun (henceforth: "Restorun"). Use of the website is conditional to your approval of these terms and subject to them. The website is open for the use of the general public free of charge, however Restorun reserves the right to close the entire website, or any part of it, and/or condition its use and/or any part of it, to a financial payment.

2. Liability

In these terms of use, the term "contents" has the following meaning: information concerning restaurants, coffee shops, business etc', sales, sale dates, discount rates, discount providing businesses, product and/or service prices, correspondence, reviews and restaurant reviews, details, news, analyses, the website source code, and all text, images, graphics, icons, photographs, video and/or any means existing today or that will come to exist in the future, whether owned by Restorun or any third party, granting Restorun the right of use.

Restorun will not be held responsible for any incorrect or erroneous material presented on the website, whether the source is Restorun or be it other restaurants, coffee shops and businesses mentioned on the website and/or which the user has been directed to in the framework of providing the service.

The user alone will take complete responsibility for the manner in which he utilizes the service. Restorun will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the user or any other third party, resulting from direct or indirect use of the service and/or the contents and/or resulting from implementation of a restaurant, coffee shop and/or business reservation, based on utilization of the service and/or as a result of relying on the contents.

Restorun will not be held responsible for any restaurant, coffee shop or other business reservation, made through the website, including the said reservation not being accepted by any third party, including the user's dissatisfaction from the service provided by the restaurant, coffee shop or business, for any reason whatsoever.

Restorun is entitled to close down the website and make changes in it from time to time, including its structure, its appearance and the availability of the services and contents provided therein, without being required to provide prior notice. The user or any third party will have no right to any allegation, claim or demand from Restorun in this regard, and Restorun will not be held responsible for any damage caused to the user and/or any third party resulting from changes and/or postponing and/or cancellation of the services or contents on the website.

Restorun does not commit to the website being in order and continuous at all times, and does not commit that the service provided on the website be uninterrupted, provided continuously and without recess and/or be immune to illegal access of Restorun computers, damages, faults, hardware or software failure, or Restorun communication line failure, or that of any of its suppliers, or for any damages due to any other reason.

Restorun will not be held responsible for any damages, whether direct or indirect, disappointment, loss of information etc', that may be caused to the user or his property as a result of his using the website.

Moreover, Restorun will not be held responsible for damages caused resulting from computer viruses.

3. Website terms of use

Restorun will be entitled to prevent access to the website and/or any part of it, for limited or unlimited periods at any time.

Moreover, Restorun will not be held responsible whether directly or indirectly, towards any user whom relied and/or acted according to the material found on the said linked websites. In any event of violation of any of these terms of use, or implementation of one or more of the prohibited aforementioned actions, Restorun reserves the right to submit to the legal authorities or to any other legal factor, any information it finds relevant regarding use of the website and prohibited actions in particular, as aforementioned, and also to prevent use and/or view of the website, and all said without reducing any other of Restorun's rights as due according to the law, and the user will not bear any demand and/or claim and/or lawsuit against Restorun for performing any of the said actions.

4. Protection of privacy and information security

Restorun is entitled to trace and document the manner in which the services are used.

For efficient maintenance and management of the website, information is gathered for statistical purposes using designated software. Information gathering is performed using "Cookies" and also by routine collection of website "Hits".

Restorun is entitled to make use of the collected information regarding the user and his manner and method of use of the website in any way it seems fit, on condition that this information does not personally identify the user (henceforth: "non-identifying information"). Moreover, Restorun is entitled to submit non-indentifying information to restaurants, coffee shops and businesses and to any other third parties it deems necessary.

Use of user information and/or his manner of use of the service, which personally identifies him (henceforth: "personal information"), is limited to Restorun's own commercial and/or marketing uses and/or those on its behalf and/or for improving the service provided by the website and/or for providing discounts and/or benefits which may be granted by Restorun and/or any third party to the user. Moreover, Restorun is entitled to submit such information to restaurants, coffee shops and businesses.

Restorun will employ reasonable measures to secure information saved on Restoruns' systems which concerns the users, and to protect their privacy according to the requirements stated by law. Notwithstanding, Restorun cannot ensure that its systems will be immune to penetration and/or unauthorized entry and therefore, Restorun will not be held responsible for any damages caused to the users as a result of unauthorized break-in or entry of its systems.

5. Law and jurisdiction

The only law that will apply to this agreement and to utilization of the services is Israeli law, without its rules of alternative laws, whether the services are utilized in Israel or abroad. The unique and exclusive jurisdiction regarding this agreement and/or regarding use of the services, is imparted to the qualified court in Tel-Aviv-Jaffa City only and not to any other court.

Restorun will be entitled to alter these terms of use, including the aforementioned reductions, in whole or in part from time to time, without providing prior notice.

Restorun will issue the new terms which will come into effect upon their publication.
